Adventure with Jaesic through the galaxy of gender! In this workshop, we will explore how gender is a social construct, one that has individual meaning to everyone. We'll break down stereotypes, and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for trans, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, and cis identities alike.

In this workshop, we move beyond "active allyship" and into a space of learning how we show up in our identities, and how we can dismantle the systems that privilege us over others through day-to-day actions. We'll discuss intersectionality, microaggressions, bystander intervention, and connect our actions to our values in compassionate ways. This workshop can be tailored to the broad spectrum of identities, or specifically queer accompliceship, and is always a safer place to ask questions judgment-free. 

 Neurodiversity brings a spectrum of talents to the table, yet quite often, not all brains are allowed support and space enough to shine. In this workshop, we will face stereotypes head-on and dispel stigma, gain tools to embrace and celebrate differences, and learn how embracing neurodiversity can allow ALL individuals to be their most authentic, effective selves.  

This workshop is a mostly facilitated discussion for queer, neurodivergent, and/or disabled individuals who are seeking empowerment in owning who they are. True to an affinity group, this discussion will open the floor for solidarity in struggle and in joy, and empower attendees to seek their inner voice of wisdom and self-assuredness. We all deserve to be celebrated for who we are and build lives that we love.

In this workshop, we embark on a transformative journey focused on the essential pillars of curiosity, courage, and compassion in the context of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This immersive experience is designed to empower individuals and organizations to foster a more inclusive and empathetic environment, at work and beyond.
