Jaesic resides in Rochester, NY and is a University of Michigan and Academy for Coaching Excellence graduate. They are a blogger, Life Coach, Peer Support Specialist, and Accessibility & Inclusion Consultant & Coach. Jaesic founded Queer Culture Coaching because they believe it is their life's purpose to be a part of the work to shift culture from the top down in corporate spaces. They do so by leveraging their privilege and teach not just from their formal training, but also from what they have lived through as a queer, neurodivergent, disabled person. They are very passionate about being an agent of change for social justice and cultivating a society free of white supremacy and preventable oppressions.
Jaesic has vast knowledge and experience and shares it with humbling generosity. Their coaching is insightful and accessible, but most importantly it is humane. Jaesic finds so much joy in meeting people where they are and in cultivating a safer container for all walks of life to learn about social dynamics and how the world works. In working with Jaesic, you will feel heard, seen, and valid, but also have the opportunity, and feel empowered, to expand your understanding past familiar thinking points. In utilizing the 3 C's—curiosity, courage, and compassion—Jaesic believes we individually, and therefore collectively, hold the power to make a better tomorrow for all.
Jaesic has a way to make uncomfortable conversations, comfortable. The levity they weave throughout their work keeps tough topics accessible. They have been described as compassionate, pioneering, thoughtful, empowering, accepting, inclusive, a mentor, a transformational leader, someone who knows how to extend themselves with patience and empathy for the benefit of the whole.
